Unit is engineered to be shockproof in drop tests up to 5 feet. Stainless-steel, 4-3/4-inch long, 0.14-inch diameter probe, 10-foot cable, and digital- display housing are all waterproof.

To ensure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

Supplied with suction cups, magnet to attach to metal, and Velcro® to attach to any surface. Comes with Certificate and 1.5 volt silver-oxide battery for 1 year, continuous monitoring. Size: diameter is 1-3/4 inches and depth is 1/2-inch. Weight is 2 ounces.

Easy to install, use the suction cup to place the probe within the sink, below the water line. Then position the display module above the sink, so the user can monitor the temperature to ensure the cleaning water does not go above the recommended temperature, ensuring no protein coagulation on the cleaned instruments.
