Flange Mouth packs

Made from a cellulose absorbent sponge. Designed to pack the airway to prevent inhalation or ingestion of debris during all types of dental surgery under general or local anaesthetics, including conscious sedation procedures. Flange mouth packs should be autoclaved for 15 minutes at 121°c just prior to use, preferably with a drying cycle. However, these should not be used in a dry state and would require moistening to provide the necessary adaptability and volume.
