How does Next Dental arrange delivery of my order?
All items are delivered directly to your delivery address selected during checkout.
When placing your order please specify the correct delivery address, alternative addresses can be added during the checkout procedure or in the ‘Your Account’ section of our website.
Upon delivery, the delivery company may ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign.
When can I expect my delivery?
Standard Next Day UK Delivery
By selecting this option at the checkout stage of your order and if you order by 3.30pm (Monday – Friday), we’ll deliver on the next working day. If you order on a Saturday, we’ll deliver your order the following Tuesday, except Bank Holidays. Delivery to some postcodes and outlying parts of the UK mainland and Islands, may take two working days and could carry additional charges (please see the matrix of postage destinations and fees).
Express UK Delivery before 12.00pm
By selecting this option at the checkout stage of your order and if you order by 3.30pm (Monday – Friday), we’ll deliver before 12.00pm on the next working day. This delivery option carries an additional charge. If you order on a Saturday, we’ll deliver your order the following Tuesday, except Bank Holidays. Delivery to some postcodes and outlying parts of the UK mainland and Islands, may take two working days and could carry additional charges (please see the matrix of postage destinations and fees).
Are all products available for next day delivery?
Next day delivery is available for most products on our website, subject to stock availability. If required, current stock levels can be checked with one of our customer services representatives on 0800 862 0886.
If the product you’re buying is not eligible for next day delivery, you will notice that the Delivery Symbol at the bottom of the product information page clearly shows the approximate delivery timescales.
Will I be contacted by the delivery company?
For most small items, we or our delivery company will only contact you if there is a foreseen problem with delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time, just log on to ‘Your Account’ section of our website. In addition, you will be sent a confirmation email upon each dispatch from our warehouse. For security or legal reasons, certain products must be signed for by an adult, 18 years or older. We will advise you of this within the product description displayed on our website.
Can I collect my items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect goods from our warehouse. All products are for delivery to your specified location at the time of order.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
We try our best to let you know of any potential delays. Unfortunately, in a small number of cases, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. If this means your order cannot be delivered on the anticipated delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is not available with most next day deliveries. Larger items, on longer delivery times may have tracking options. You will be emailed by us or our delivery company with tracking information to monitor on the delivery company’s website.
Who can sign for the delivery?
Please note that by placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for a product but are not available at the time of delivery. We may use third-party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave a product in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances, the third-party delivery company will put a card through your letterbox explaining where they have left the delivery.
